We are seeking motivated, dependable, and experienced Restoration Technicians to join our growing team!
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in the restoration industry. Current IICRC certification is considered a solid asset. We are looking for team players who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and are committed to providing excellent service to our customers during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to emergency water, fire, and vehicle impact restoration calls.
- Performing water extraction and mitigation services.
- Completing demolition and removal of damaged materials.
- Performing general cleanup and site preparation.
- Handling, packing, moving, and protecting customer contents.
- Assisting with restoration projects as required.
- Performing physical duties, including lifting and carrying materials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous restoration industry experience preferred.
- Current IICRC certification is considered an asset.
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
- Available to participate in an on-call rotation.
