Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them find suitable products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment through attentive service, accurate transactions, and thoughtful product presentation.

Duties

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful service in English; multilingual communication is an asset.
- Recommend products and support retail sales using clear communication and customer-focused sales skills.
- Process purchases and returns with POS systems, cashiering, and careful cash handling.
- Maintain merchandising displays and organized product areas; where relevant, assist with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance products and tasks.
- Support e-commerce orders and coordinate with colleagues to keep customer requests moving smoothly.

Experience Required: Practical communication, customer service, organizational skills, and accuracy with transactions are important for serving customers and completing daily sales-floor duties.



Comfort using POS systems and handling cash supports reliable checkout service.

Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, or e-commerce experience is helpful, as are multilingual skills and familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.

Pay: $33.00-$34.00 per hour
