As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll assist customers, support sales, and help keep the shopping experience organized and welcoming. You’ll contribute to in-store service and e-commerce tasks, working with colleagues to make product information and purchasing straightforward for customers.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful service and product guidance.
- Process purchases and returns using POS systems; handle cash accurately and support cashiering.
- Maintain product displays, assist with merchandising, and keep sales areas organized.
- Support e-commerce orders and, where relevant, share knowledge of gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.

Your impact: Clear communication and accurate transactions help customers shop confidently and colleagues serve them consistently.

Qualifications

Required: Practical communication, customer service, retail sales, cashiering, cash handling, and organizational skills,



with the ability to use POS tools and communicate in English. Preferred: Related retail or e-commerce experience, multilingual communication, and familiarity with merchandising, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance can help you guide customers and support daily store operations.

Pay: $34.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
