Lead road construction projects across grading, grinding, and asphalt and concrete operations while managing safety, schedules, and project execution. This full-time, year-round salaried position requires strong planning and communication.The Construction Supervisor facilitates assigned projects from handoff through closeout. You will review contracts, field conditions, client requirements, and environmental concerns while coordinating resources.

The work includes planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, traffic protection, quality, administration, and winter snow-removal operations.Key Responsibilities:
