As Hardware Special Projects Lead, you will turn ambitious product ideas into working systems for robot learning. The work spans requirements, prototypes, technical reviews, supplier coordination, manufacturing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities: Turn technical goals into transparent product requirements

Select architectures and build prototypes for validation

Resolve cross-disciplinary issues using measurements

Coordinate suppliers and deployment teams

Deliver reproducible hardware that performs reliably in the field

Requirements: End-to-end hardware or robotics system experience

Hands-on depth in mechanics, electronics, embedded software, or hardware

Product tradeoff judgment across cost, power, and manufacturing

Experimental integration and debugging expertise

Technical leadership with engineers and suppliers
