About JointCraft

JointCraft™ is a licensed, state-of-the-art cannabis processing and fulfillment facility based in Vaughan, Ontario, powered by a team of cannabis industry experts. Our commitment to excellence shows in our dedication to delivering top-tier pre-rolls, vape filling, and edibles, alongside turnkey manufacturing, packaging, excise, and distribution solutions for leading cannabis brands of all sizes. By setting new standards for innovation, quality, and cost-efficiency, we let our partners focus on their brands while we expertly manage the rest.

As a Health Canada–licensed producer, we operate with the discipline of a regulated production environment: traceability at every step, documented process control, rigorous quality standards, and a commitment to consistent, premium-quality output run after run. Behind that operational rigour is a team that takes real pride in the craft — production specialists, quality professionals, supply chain operators, technologists, and commercial partners — all aligned around the same high standard.

Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for the long-term health and growth of an assigned portfolio of B2B clients within JointCraft's contract manufacturing business. Reporting to the VP Business Development, this role owns the client relationship end-to-end — keeping clients informed, supported, and consistently growing within JointCraft's offering of pre-roll, edible, vape, packaging, and fulfillment services.

This is not a hunting role; new business development is owned elsewhere. The Account Manager focuses on retention, expansion into new formats and SKUs, and disciplined commercial execution within established pricing structures. Success looks like clients who view JointCraft as their go-to manufacturing partner, and a portfolio that grows year over year through expanded scope, deeper integration, and trust earned through consistent delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Ownership & Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across client organizations — from operations contacts to senior leadership.
- Own all client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
- Conduct regular check-ins,

business reviews, and in office visits to maintain client engagement and uncover growth opportunities.

Account Growth & Expansion

- Identify opportunities to expand clients into new formats, SKUs, and services across JointCraft's offering — pre-rolls (standard, infused, coated), vape, edibles, packaging, and fulfillment.
- Support the broader Sales team in achieving collective revenue and growth targets.
- Maintain a proactive mindset around account development; treat retention and expansion as the same discipline.

Quoting & Commercial Execution

- Deliver labour-based pricing within defined pricing bands set by the VP Business Development.
- Collaborate with the VP Business Development and the commercial team on more complex pricing structures, including material supply or co-supply arrangements.
- Ensure pricing communication is clear, accurate, and aligned with internal guidelines and the COGS reference framework.

Sales ↔ Operations Coordination

- Translate client commitments into clear, structured information for Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Communicate timelines, requirements, and expectations clearly to clients.
- Work closely with Operations to align on delivery schedules; manage client expectations professionally when timelines shift.
- Partner with the CRM Administrator to ensure all client commitments and demand-forecasting inputs are captured accurately in Odoo.

Problem Solving & Account Stability

- Step in confidently when issues arise — own the conversation and drive resolution.
- Maintain composure under pressure while protecting both the client relationship and the business.
- Escalate to the VP Business Development when commercial decisions exceed the Account Manager's authority.
