Sales Administrator - Water Babies Vaughan & Simcoe

About the role

Water Babies Vaughan & Simcoe is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Sales Administrator to help families discover our swimming program and find the right classes for their children.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and believes in the value of swimming, water safety, and supporting children’s development from an early age. You’ll be the first point of contact for many families, guiding them from their initial inquiry through enrolment and helping them feel confident about joining us.

You’re a great fit for this position if you live in Vaughan, are looking for 20 hours of part time work on weekdays (including Mondays and Fridays), and have reliable access to a vehicle for occasional visits to our pools.

What you’ll do

- Respond to prospective families by phone and email, and follow up by text where appropriate.
- Learn about each family’s needs and recommend suitable pools, class times, and lesson options.
- Follow the Water Babies sales enquiry and follow-up process, including the established timing and sequence of calls, emails, and texts.
- Share current class availability, answer questions, and help families complete enrolment.
- Use approved templates and call-booking links while keeping communication warm and personal.
- Record inquiries, conversations, follow-up attempts, class recommendations, registrations, and outcomes accurately in ADA (our customer management system).
- Work toward agreed enrolment and sales targets and keep the Communications Manager informed of progress.
- Provide clear, friendly information about our program, policies, locations, and enrolment process.




- Support families with routine registration and account questions, referring complex or sensitive matters to the Communications Manager.
- Help prepare and send approved sales and re-engagement communications.
- Travel to our nine pool locations and business storage unit as needed to support operations.

What we’re looking for

- A warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys being on the phone and speaking with new people.
- Enthusiasm for children and a belief in the importance of early swimming, water safety, and child development.
- A genuine belief in the value of the Water Babies program and the ability to share that enthusiasm with families.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills, with the confidence to guide a conversation toward enrolment.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable record-keeping.
- Comfort working independently from home and using email, phone, ADA, and spreadsheets.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel between Vaughan, Barrie, our pool locations, and the storage unit as needed.
- Previous sales, customer service, or enrolment experience is an asset.

Work arrangement

- 20 hours per week across five-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Mondays and Fridays are required; the other two weekdays will be scheduled with the successful candidate.
- Shifts will be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Primarily work from home, with travel to pool locations and the storage unit as needed.
- No evening or weekend shifts.

Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
