Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Vitamins &

- Supplement retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and helping to drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively

- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments

- Maintain merchandising standards and organize product displays for optimal presentation

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout shifts

- Utilize solid communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies





- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers and complete tasks promptly

- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, Health &
- Vitamin Supplements, Sports &
- Nutrition, merchandising &
- Customer service preferred

- Strong communication skills in English

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both in-person and remotely

- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance the customer shopping experience

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
