What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is:

- Prompt, self-motivated, and honest.
- Strong with numbers and proficient with computers.
- Adaptable, with the drive to excel in a competitive, rapid-paced setting.
- Automotive Sales experience is an asset, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:

- Willingness to work evening and weekend hours.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to reach and maintain OMVIC certification (we’ll help you with this if you don’t have it yet!).

Location:

- Our dealership is located in Listowel, ON (N4W 1M5). Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work.

Pay & Schedule:

- Starting Salary: 100% commission pay averaging $50,000 per year to $150,000.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts - Day, Evenings and Saturdays
