Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kingston, ON. In this position, the Sales Specialist engages directly with customers, identifies their mobile and wireless needs, and recommends suitable products, plans, and services. Daily tasks include presenting product features and promotions, processing sales and contracts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of in-store customer experience.

The role also involves meeting individual and store sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bell and Cellcom offerings,



and supporting merchandising and store presentation.

The Sales

Specialist may assist in onboarding and training new team members and works closely with management to support overall store performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust, resolving issues, and delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including consultative selling, closing techniques, and comfort working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with Training or coaching peers, and familiarity with basic Sales Management practices is an asset.
- Interest in and aptitude for wireless products, mobile technology, and telecommunications services.
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling transactions and customer data.
- Previous retail or telecom sales experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset.
