- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Snowflake integrations.
- Design and implement real-time and batch data pipelines to support Customer 360 initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery, implementation, and adoption.
- Lead impact analysis and develop integration inventories for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and decommissioning activities.
- Define data models, data ingestion strategies, and data harmonization logic across Salesforce and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Ideal Background & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with deep expertise in multi-cloud implementations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform).
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.




- In-depth understanding of data integration patterns and technologies, including Snowflake, MuleSoft, and Kafka.
- Proven experience in advisory roles, engaging with senior business stakeholders and IT executives.
- Robust business acumen, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions and delivering measurable business value.
- Excellent storytelling, content development, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.

Certifications

Must Have:

- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
