This person will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP technical team: gathering and analyzing business requirements and designing and building the corresponding SAP solutions. Working knowledge of SAP Logistics (MM/SD) is a strong plus, supporting integrated, end-to-end process design across Finance and Logistics.Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from Finance and related stakeholders.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP FI solution designs.Configure and customize SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice, scalable solutions.Lead or support testing cycles (unit,



integration, UAT) for FI-related changes.Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documentation.Support SAP FI rollouts, upgrades, Data Migration and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.Solid experience as a SAP FI Business Analyst / Consultant, including at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.Robust functional knowledge of SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.Technical/configuration expertise within SAP FI (customizing, organizational structure, account determination, etc.).Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions.Excellent communication skills, comfortable interfacing with both business and technical teams.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Nice to HaveWorking knowledge of SAP Logistics modules (MM and/or SD).Experience with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps.SAP certification in the FI module.We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion in all its forms—gender, age, disability, marital status, ethnic or social origin, religion, belief, or sexual orientation—enrich the workplace.
