Lead SAP SD-OTC delivery remotely from Toronto’s client project, applying deep order-to-cash expertise and full-cycle implementation experience.

This experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Order to Cash Lead will drive enhancements through November 2027, with possible extension. The work centers on OTC and RTR backlogs, subscriptions, renewals, receivables, requirements, testing, and documentation. At least 8–10 years of OTC experience and three full-cycle implementations are required for this project.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and prioritize pending OTC and RTR enhancements

Manage customer subscriptions, renewals, configuration, and process improvements

Improve invoicing, collections, and cash application processes

Identify, document, and remediate OTC and RTR process gaps

Gather requirements, support UAT, and document enhancements

Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of OTC experience

At least three full-cycle implementations

Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Order to Cash

Ability to collaborate independently with client stakeholders

Availability for fully remote project work

Apply SAP SD-OTC leadership, receivables knowledge, and implementation expertise across a fully remote transformation project.
