Lead SAP SD-OTC delivery remotely from Toronto’s client project, applying deep order-to-cash expertise and full-cycle implementation experience.This experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Order to Cash Lead will drive enhancements through November 2027, with possible extension. The work centers on OTC and RTR backlogs, subscriptions, renewals, receivables, requirements, testing, and documentation. At least 8–10 years of OTC experience and three full-cycle implementations are required for this project.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and prioritize pending OTC and RTR enhancementsManage customer subscriptions, renewals, configuration, and process improvementsImprove invoicing, collections, and cash application processesIdentify, document, and remediate OTC and RTR process gapsGather requirements, support UAT, and document enhancementsRequirements:
