You will translate briefs into visual stories, collaborate with brand teams, and guide design execution. The role combines creative leadership, hands-on design expertise, and cross-functional communication.Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily creative execution for NIOD and DECIEMDevelop concepts, mood boards, mockups, and creative presentationsDeliver launches, partnerships, Sephora initiatives, and campaignsMentor designers and provide hands-on creative feedbackReview work against visual standards and quality expectationsRequirements:
