It manages the end‑to‑end lifecycle of systematic index strategies across multiple asset classes, combining quantitative finance, data engineering, and software development. The team develops and maintains quantitative models, builds and improves the infrastructure supporting daily index operations, and works directly with institutional clients on technical and operational matters. Take ownership of the development, implementation, and ongoing management of quantitative models for the QIS business.

Act as a key contact for institutional clients, including investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers, addressing complex technical and operational matters.





Lead quantitative infrastructure projects end to end, from architecture design and solution development to deployment and continuous improvement.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing production‑ready applications.

Sound knowledge of software development principles, version control, and collaborative development practices.

Good understanding of database architecture, data flows, and SQL.

Experience with market data platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG, or FactSet is an advantage.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
