We are hiring a

Senior Backend Engineer for its

Customer Focus Group (CFG)

— a technical team that bridges engineering and the commercial side of the product. CFG members handle development, architecture, product, and direct customer interaction: translating customer needs into the product, building new features, and resolving pressing technical issues. The role needs a strong backend builder who can also take a holistic, product-and-customer view, with a focus on infrastructure, performance, and customer satisfaction.Requirements

Must-have skills:

Backend architecture

— microservices, API design, and design patterns (deep understanding)Node.Js / TypeScript proficiency (or other relevant backend languages)SQL and NoSQL databases,



with experience scaling systems for high-volume data processingCloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services — serverless computing, managed databases5+ years of backend development, with a robust focus on customer-centric productsProven problem-solving with a track record of performant, scalable solutionsAgile development practices and

CI/CD pipelinesExcellent collaboration and communication with globally distributed teamsNice-to-have skills:

Security / AppSec domain familiarity (OX is a security product)Customer-facing / pre-sales technical experienceExperience bridging product and engineering
