About The Role As a Senior Backend Engineer at Quo, you will spend a majority of your time coding, architecting, and owning moderate to complex components. Beyond your technical work, you may also lead a small team or a project. You might also spend time providing technical guidance, code reviews, and design and delivering on small/medium size projects end-to-end.
Leveraging AI and advanced technologies to help customers manage and derive insights from their data, optimizing the customer onboarding experience. Empowering users to independently set up, manage, and scale their accounts with a seamless and compliant process. Enhancing core messaging and calling features, improving customer data management, and optimizing the visibility of conversations and contacts.

Technical Stack And Tools
Our backend is built on Node using Typescript. We use Kubernetes on AWS to orchestrate our infrastructure setup and deployment. We use a variety of databases for different purposes: Strong experience with Typescript, or experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C# and Javascript/Node.

Compensation The annual base salary range for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits: Canada: $172,000 - $202,000 CAD Your total rewards package will include equity, extensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a versatile PTO policy.
