Our firm is seeking a Senior Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The selected candidate will manage complex cases, advise a diverse clientele, and represent clients before the courts.Key Responsibilities Independently manage civil and commercial litigation files

- Develop and execute strategic settlement and representation plans
- Draft legal proceedings, legal opinions, formal notices (mises en demeure), and various legal documents
- Represent clients before the courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
- Provide strategic advice to clients and ensure thorough file management
- Collaborate with other professionals within the firm
- Participate in mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and articling students, as needed.

Candidate Profile





Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation
- Excellent legaldrafting and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical mind, autonomy, and strategic thinking
- Proven track record in business development and client relations
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
