Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Vancouver, BC, combining enterprise architecture expertise with customer-facing technical leadership. Travel may reach 20–50%.

This senior customer-facing technologist guides enterprise clients across pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, adoption, and expansion. You will translate DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and network security requirements into Cloudflare solutions. The work also includes technical demonstrations, migration blueprints, customer health oversight, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure

Define Proof of Concept scope, success criteria, and evaluation plans

Guide onboarding, migrations, configurations, and implementation oversight

Own technical health, risk, adoption,



retention, and expansion strategy

Automate RFP responses, telemetry monitoring, provisioning, and documentation

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering or related technical roles

Ability to design complex enterprise network and security architectures

Robust communication translating technical concepts into business outcomes

Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments

Depth across at least four listed technical areas
