Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Vancouver, BC, combining enterprise architecture expertise with customer-facing technical leadership. Travel may reach 20–50%.This senior customer-facing technologist guides enterprise clients across pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, adoption, and expansion. You will translate DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, and network security requirements into Cloudflare solutions.

The work also includes technical demonstrations, migration blueprints, customer health oversight, and AI-assisted workflow automation.Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and map customer infrastructureDefine Proof of Concept scope, success criteria, and evaluation plansGuide onboarding, migrations, configurations, and implementation oversightOwn technical health, risk, adoption,



retention, and expansion strategyAutomate RFP responses, telemetry monitoring, provisioning, and documentationRequirements:

Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering or related technical rolesAbility to design complex enterprise network and security architecturesStrong communication translating technical concepts into business outcomesExperience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environmentsDepth across at least four listed technical areasBring enterprise architecture, consultative communication, and AI workflow skills to Cloudflare’s full-lifecycle customer engineering practice.
