Lead construction scheduling with Primavera P6 and project controls expertise at EllisDon, supporting complex building projects and occasional site visits.As a Senior Planner and Scheduler, you will lead baseline schedule development and updates across assigned construction projects. Your work includes forecasting, schedule impacts, resequencing, and reporting. You will collaborate with Clients, Trade Partners, Superintendents, and project teams while supporting pursuit planning.Key Responsibilities:

Develop baseline schedules meeting EllisDon Best PracticesUpdate project schedules every other weekReport information accuracy and reliability from project teamsLead schedule progress meetings, touchpoints, and workshopsIncorporate changes, delays, and unforeseen conditionsRequirements:

Eight plus years of construction scheduling experienceBuilding experience and equivalent technical training acceptedExperience with battery plants, data centers, and pharmaceuticalsWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS ProjectsAbility to manage multiple project schedules simultaneouslyApply construction scheduling, Primavera P6, forecasting, and project controls expertise to EllisDon’s complex building projects.
