The Role – Senior Consultant / Manager, TorontoThis is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our established team who will support you to utilize and enhance your advisory skills and experience.

You will work alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field advising the boards, management teams, lenders and shareholders of companies which are underperforming and/or facing any financial stress. As a Senior Consultant / Manager you will have the opportunity to use your commercial awareness and qualified expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients. Produceing high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.

Help to meet team specific performance targets. Apply understanding of financial engagement economics and engagement risk and quality management.

Knowledge Acquisition

Continue to build technical expertise, broader business advisory and people management skills.



Demonstrate an expanding network of external and internal peer level contacts which provide opportunities to meet and share ideas on initiatives. Assist in the running of a sector or marketing key account team, including participating in, and organising, marketing events. Strong academic background at degree level.

Microsoft

Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook packages. AI acumen is an asset. corporate audit).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support working in a high-performance team. Working towards a Licenced Insolvency Trustee designation is an asset. Flexibility to transfer skills into complementary offerings such as Debt Advisory or Performance Improvement if market conditions change.

Total Compensation

PackageExpected compensation for Senior Consultant is CAD60,000 - CAD100,000 plus annualized bonus. Expected compensation for Manager level is CAD90,000 - CAD140,000 plus annualized bonus. RRSP match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and perks .
