This full time role supports McIlvenna Bay.As Senior Communications Advisor, you will develop communications plans and initiatives supporting operational objectives, workforce engagement, stakeholder relationships, and corporate reputation. Working with the Director, Government Relations & Communications, you will provide day-to-day expertise across internal and external channels.

The role requires clear communication of complex information and alignment with corporate messaging and business priorities.Key Responsibilities:
