Lead mission-critical Data Centre operations in Regina with responsibility for availability, reliability, safety, and compliance. This hybrid Bell role requires hands-on leadership.As Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations, you will oversee on-site staff and daily operations in a 24/7 environment. You will manage incidents, changes, capacity, customer communications, and partnerships with Facilities, Network, Security, and vendors.

The role supports service levels, audits, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Lead staffing, training, on-call coverage, succession planning, and performance managementPartner with Facilities on power, cooling, fire protection, and securityDirect incident recovery, escalation, and post-incident reviewsApprove MOP, SOP,



and EOP activities through change controlMonitor capacity, expansions, customer changes, and recent-load commissioningRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive Data Centre experienceFive to ten years in Data Centre or mission-critical facilitiesExperience leading 24/7 operational teams and on-call coverageUnderstanding of electrical, cooling, fire, security, and cabling systemsExperience with governance, capacity management, and incident responseBring Data Centre leadership, operational judgment, and cross-functional communication to Bell’s hybrid Regina operations team.
