EBC in British Columbia seeks an experienced civil construction leader to drive bids and oversee large-scale projects across heavy civil sectors. You will manage subcontractors, ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met, and mentor project staff.

The role requires 15+ years in heavy civil construction, robust leadership, and a proven track record. Fluency in French and English is an asset; travel across sites is expected.
