Lead People Operations, HRIS governance, and total rewards at Boldr across five countries and a globally distributed workforce.As Senior Director, People Operations, you will own employee lifecycle systems, rewards governance, and standards across the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Reporting to the VP, People, you will build scalable processes, reliable data, and consistent compliance. Your scope includes Rippling, compensation, advantages, Living Wage governance, pay equity, employee relations, labor compliance, policies, and handbooks.Key Responsibilities:

Own employee lifecycle delivery across five countriesLead Rippling workflows, self-service, and people dataDirect compensation cycles, job banding,
