Lead Electrification systems design for SYSTRA Canada’s Go Expansion Program, coordinating engineering delivery, interfaces, resources, and project priorities.As Senior Manager, you will lead design for Electrification Systems, including POS and OCS, with Delivery Partners supporting Metrolinx. You will oversee complex engineering projects across planning, specifications, budgets, schedules, contractors, and deliverables. The position combines technical leadership with stakeholder management, operational excellence, financial oversight, and people leadership for Electrification Infrastructure and CPG capital projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Electrification systems goals, policies, priorities, and strategic plansOversee specifications, cost estimates, proposals, and bid documentsCoordinate design, IDRs,



and infrastructure development interfacesManage contractors, performance, compliance, and project deliverablesReport team activities to Rail Systems leadershipRequirements:

Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering disciplineMinimum ten years leadership and project management experienceElectrification experience within the transportation industry or sectorKnowledge of complex engineering design project managementProfessional Engineering license recognized by PEO is an assetApply Electrification design leadership, project management, and stakeholder expertise to SYSTRA Canada’s Metrolinx delivery work.
