Alto is leading a high-impact environmental stakeholder liaison role in Canada, coordinating cross-functional teams to support the Impact Assessment process for the Quebec City–Toronto high-speed project.

The Senior

Advisor will liaise with Government of Canada departments, provincial regulators, and municipal organizations to ensure timely approvals and informed decision-making.Based in Canada (Montreal, Toronto or Ottawa possible), the Senior Advisor will manage consultants, guide engagement
