Baselane seeks a Senior Product Marketing Specialist in Toronto with fintech experience and ownership of go-to-market enablement efforts. This hybrid role requires office attendance twice weekly.Working with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will help bring Baselane’s positioning to life across the customer journey. You will research customers, support partner channels, and collaborate with Product, Brand, Sales, and Partnerships.

The role requires managing multiple deliverables, prioritizing complex projects, and communicating clearly across teams.Key Responsibilities:

Support partner onboarding and go-to-market strategyCreate training and collateral for partners and internal teamsConduct market and customer interviews and surveysDevelop launch strategies with the Product teamOversee internal and external enablement materialsRequirements:

Two to four years of product marketing experienceFintech product marketing experienceExperience collaborating with external partnersExperience creating pitch decks and one-pagersComfort using Asana and NotionApply product marketing, customer research, and enablement expertise to support Baselane’s growth from Toronto.
