This hybrid role works onsite Tuesday through Thursday.As Senior Manager, Fraud Strategy, New Initiatives, you will lead technical program managers and fraud data analysts. You will define protections for new products, payment methods, and customer origination channels. The work spans fraud, scams, and promotion abuse within Transaction Integrity.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop technical program managers and analystsOwn fraud requirements from assessment through maintenanceCoordinate controls with product, engineering, compliance, legal, and operationsEvaluate shared-service integrations and current capabilitiesRespond to incidents and recommend long-term fixesRequirements:

Eight or more years in fraud and risk strategyAt least three years managing peopleExperience designing controls for launchesExpertise in detection, prevention, models, tooling, and lifecycle managementHands-on AI experience across teamsBring fraud leadership, technical judgment, and cross-functional influence to Remitly’s new initiative protections and shared services.
