The Senior Business Analyst provides leadership in business process reengineering, requirements gathering, data analysis, and change management. You will support client-facing and internal Informatics services, clinical processes, and corporate systems across Fraser Health. The work includes regular site visits and collaboration with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirements analysis for Informatics service delivery processes
- Conduct workflow analysis and develop business information models
- Support project planning, execution, and change management activities




- Lead small health information systems projects
- Resolve complex systems and business process issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field
- Three to five years of recent related experience
- Experience with health and corporate information systems
- Strongly preferred experience with PARIS and Procura EMR systems
- Valid British Columbia driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
