Required Skills & Expertise:

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis.

- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), or Access Governance.

- 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementations.

- Solid experience in RBAC Design, Role Engineering, Role Mining, Role Catalogues, and Access Control Matrices.

- Experience with User Access Management, User Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management.

- Knowledge of Least Privilege Access, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Privileged Access Management, and Break-Glass Access.





- Experience translating clinical workflows into access management, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy, patient information protection, access auditing, and governance frameworks.

- Proficiency in BRD, Functional Requirements, Process Mapping, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), UAT, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).

- Experience working with clinical stakeholders, healthcare operations, cybersecurity, privacy, and IAM teams. New Brunswick healthcare experience and bilingual English/French communication are strong assets.
