Metis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources, to lead MNBC’s HR strategy and operations from its Surrey, BC office. In this hybrid role, you will report to the COO and work with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with MNBC’s goals.

You will guide labour relations, workforce planning, payroll, and advantages while ensuring policy consistency and legal compliance. The role requires strategic leadership and strong stakeholder engagement.
