Expect frequent site travel.Reporting to the Regional Manager, HSE Operations, you will advise operational leaders and project teams. Your work combines strategic partnership, hands-on project support, coaching and site engagement.

You will help embed WSP’s HSE Management System into daily operations while supporting successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:

Assess HSE risks with business and project leadersStrengthen planning through risk assessments and safe job proceduresReview project HSE plans and supporting documentationConduct site inspections, audits and documented compliance reportsSupport investigations,



root-cause analyses and corrective actionsRequirements:

Degree, diploma or certificate in setting, health and safetyEight to ten years supporting industrial or construction projectsKnowledge of Canadian occupational health and safety legislationExperience reviewing documentation, inspections, audits and investigationsWillingness to travel frequently;

approximately fifty percent site visitsBring senior HSE guidance, practical risk reduction and project-site leadership to WSP’s operational teams and complex projects.
