Edmonton attendance is required.This full time contract Senior IT Project Manager assignment runs through January 31, 2027, with possible extension. You will assume ownership of in-flight projects from unavailable Project Managers, independently review project health, and drive delivery through closure. The work spans complex, cross-functional projects within member services.Key Responsibilities:

Complete project transitions and address documentation and delivery gapsMaintain plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and weekly updatesIdentify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and changesReport clearly to sponsors, senior leaders,



and governance committeesCoordinate teams, vendors, and external partners toward commitmentsRequirements:

Seven-plus years leading complex cross-functional IT projectsExperience taking over projects already in progressStrong governance using charters, RAID logs, and change logsExecutive reporting and presentation experience with sponsors and committeesStrong Gantt editing, scheduling, estimating, and resource planning skillsLead in-flight member services projects with disciplined governance, executive communication, and delivery control from remote work with Edmonton presence.
