Lead building services for Sienna Senior Living from Markham, Ontario, using facilities leadership and regulatory knowledge to support secure resident environments.Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities & Asset Management, this senior manager oversees building services across Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions in assigned provinces. The work combines people leadership, provincial oversight, standardization, performance management, and enterprise-wide program coordination. You will work with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and other partners to support compliant, efficient, and comfortable environments.Key Responsibilities:
