Build Jobber’s AI-native credit risk function from the ground up using credit policy and data-driven decisioning. This Canada-based role supports remote and hybrid work.As Senior Manager, Credit Risk, you will lead the Fintech risk function for payments and lending. You will manage credit operations, policy, models, and portfolio oversight while partnering with Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Customer Support.

Your work will support responsible credit exposure management and future lending growth.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and grow Credit Risk Analysts and team leadsOwn underwriting, exposure decisions, collections, recovery, and loss forecastingDefine credit risk appetite, policy, limits,



and delegated authorityPartner with Data Science on models and decisioning logicSet the multi-year roadmap for people, data, models, and toolingRequirements:

8+ years in credit risk, financial services, fintech, payments, or lending3+ years of people leadership, including hiring and developmentExperience owning credit policy, risk appetite, and limit frameworksProficiency in SQL and Python or a similar languageHands-on IFRS 9 or equivalent GAAP provisioning experienceBring credit leadership, analytical depth, and AI-driven problem solving to Jobber’s growing payments and lending business.
