The Manager, Flexible Learning leads operations within the Centre for Continuing Education across Saskatchewan Polytechnic locations. This manager oversees staff supporting flexible learning opportunities and customizable courses. The position coordinates with AVPs, Deans, Associate Deans, Directors, employees, senior management, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee versatile learning program planning, management, and implementation
- Supervise Continuing Education Consultants, Administrators, and support staff
- Assess staffing levels, skill sets, and growth opportunities
- Monitor fiscal resources and recommend operational efficiencies




- Identify and manage risks affecting flexible learning activity

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Administration, Marketing, or Adult Education
- Five years of relevant experience at management level
- Recognized university or post-secondary institution credential
- Equivalent related education and experience may be considered
- Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and occasionally outside Saskatchewan
