The Nurse in Charge evaluates resident care and recommends improvements through analysis, communication, and solid clinical judgement. Working with the interdisciplinary team, this position develops individualized care plans and promotes maximum independence. The designate also provides staff education, clinical resources, and direction during changing care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan nursing needs using the Nursing Process
- Develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Include residents and families in care decisions
- Provide clinical guidance and staff education
- Support continuous quality improvement activities

Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice
