This developing Business Analyst role connects Portfolio Managers, Traders, Analysts, Risk Managers, and technology teams. You will analyze use cases, clarify business needs, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. The work spans investment products, workflows, data, testing, and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support technology solutions across front office investment workflows
- Analyze use cases and capital markets processes
- Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, risk, and compliance
- Create and refine backlogs, features, and process documentation




- Support testing and validate expected business outcomes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Two to three plus years supporting investment lifecycle solutions
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or private markets
- Understanding of IBOR, ABOR, or PBOR concepts
- Solid written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
