Peterborough Regional Health Centre seeks a Pharmacist for its PH Pharmacy department. You will support inpatients, selected outpatients, health centre personnel, and patients through pharmaceutical care, pharmacy services, medication dispensing, and medication guidance. The temporary fixed-term contract ends December 26, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pharmaceutical care for inpatients
- Support pharmacy services for selected outpatients
- Participate in medication dispensing
- Provide medication information to patients
- Serve as a resource for health centre personnel

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy required
- Current license to practice in Ontario
- Hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach and organizational skills
