This working manager oversees environmental services for a Cogir Senior Living retirement residence. The position combines team leadership with proactive maintenance, equipment optimization, and building safety. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and residence leadership team while maintaining housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance standards.
