Lead labour relations operations at Maple Leaf Foods, managing employee issues, investigations, and agreements across a multi-site network. This is a full-time prospect.As Senior Manager, HR Operations and Labour Relations, you will support sites with fewer than 200 employees. You will manage investigations, discipline, grievances, collective agreements, and HR policies.

You will also coach HR Managers and site HR teams while partnering with Operations leaders on workforce priorities.Key Responsibilities:
