This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of property-level financial reporting, complex accounting activities and ongoing process improvement. Lead,



coach and develop a team of 4-5 Property Accountants Oversee accounting and financial reporting across a large commercial or retail property portfolio Review monthly reporting, reconciliations and property-level financial results Oversee complex recoveries, CAM, property taxes and related accounting activities Monitor cash flows and support budgeting and financial decision-making Review team deliverables and provide hands-on support with complex accounting issues Drive process improvements while strengthening the capabilities of the accounting team Strong commercial or retail property accounting experience Experience overseeing large, complex property portfolios , including properties with significant tenant volumes Solid knowledge of complex recoveries, CAM and property taxes Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and reviewing the work of accounting teams
