Lead technical and warranty support for specialty vehicles, combining diagnostics, root-cause analysis and customer-focused decisions at Pulse Vehicles.This highly visible senior manager role develops the people, processes, systems and standards supporting Pulse Vehicles brands across Canada and the United States. You will translate complex technical information into practical field resources, guide warranty decisions and create feedback loops with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, multiplexing, controls and mechanical systems is central to the work.

Specialty or emergency vehicle experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will coach a geographically distributed team and operate with customer urgency, technical judgment and financial discipline.
