Hybrid work includes one home day weekly, subject to operational requirements.As Senior Project Manager, you will deliver multi-million-dollar commercial, institutional, and district energy projects. The position requires budgeting, cost control, forecasting, contract management, and construction coordination.

You will also mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators while representing Division 15 with clients, contractors, trades, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical projects from award through completion and closeoutManage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverablesControl financial performance, forecasting, profitability, and project costsCoordinate procurement, labour,
