Advise the design team during project development and the preparation of plans and specifications. Participate in the design and problem-solving process for various projects. Provide technical support to the construction and post-implementation follow-up departments.

Collaborate with project directors and the automation and electrical teams. Plan and monitor the schedule of mechanical deliverables, in collaboration with the Engineering Director. Fluency in French (oral and written) required.

University degree in mechanical engineering or a technical diploma (DEC) in building mechanical systems.



Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in building mechanical systems (HVAC / plumbing / building services). Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards (Quebec/Canada Construction Code, CSA standards, NFPA standards, ASHRAE, etc.).

English proficiency is required for participating in projects with clients or collaborators outside Quebec. Available for professional travel within Canada. Knowledge of energy efficiency (an asset). Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT drawings (an asset).
