Xtrava Group is supporting a major mining company seeking an experienced senior operational leader. You will oversee daily mining delivery, mine execution, production, and drill and blast while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Robust communication and autonomy are central to success.

Key Responsibilities

Own operational performance across the mining site

Ensure activities meet schedule and budget requirements

Lead supervisors, mining teams, and site personnel

Requirements

Previous Mine Manager or senior operational leadership experience
