The Manager, Long-Term Care leads operations across three neighbourhoods while reporting to the Director, Resident Care and Experience. This leadership position supports qualified practice excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance. It also strengthens resident safety, workforce effectiveness, and outcomes through evidence-informed care and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day clinical and operational care delivery
- Collaborate on recruitment, performance management, and labour relations
- Support staff development through teaching, coaching, and mentoring




- Resolve resident, family, staff, and stakeholder concerns
- Implement and sustain required clinical programs

Requirements:

- BScN degree preferred
- Master’s degree in a health discipline preferred
- Two years supervisory experience in an LTCH preferred
- Experience with employee and labour relations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Point Click Care, and UKG preferred
